Composition of CSR & Sustainability Committee of the Board

• Smt. Priyambada Kumari Keshri, Independent Director

• Director (Finance)

Quorum for the above sub-committees meetings of the Board shall be minimum two members including the Chairman. Head of HR shall be Nodal Officer. Company Secretary shall act as the Secretary to the Committee.
