NRL’s customer base primarily comprises PSU Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), viz. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and private oil companies, viz. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Essar Oil Limited (EOL) and Shell India Limited.

NRL has also ventured into direct selling of automotive fuels to direct customers like Tea Garden, Coal mines and other Industrial units. For long term supply requirement, NRL is ready for setting up dedicated storage facilities in customers premises.
