A. Minimum order quantity is 25 Kg and order should be in multiples of 25 Kg (Our packaging is done in paper cartons/boxes consisting of 5 wax slabs each of 5 Kg. So, weight of one carton is 25 Kg).Presently, upper limit of order is capped at 20000 Kg (20 MT).
B. Delivery schedule:
Product upliftment time frame-15 working days from the date of issue of delivery order. In case of non-upliftment within specified time frame, the order value shall be forfeited
C. Pricing and applicability
• NRL may revise pricing from time to time. All notified pricing will be applicable with immediate effect.
• Price prevailing at the time of placement of order shall be applicable even if there is revision in price on the date of upliftment of stock.
" Price reflected on the online wax portal shall be including taxes and duties but excluding Bill Desk commission
D. Customer has to pay for the Payment Gateway service provider as per charges mentioned below:
1 Net Banking Facility Fee Rs.6/- per transaction plus applicable taxes
2 Credit Card Gateway Facility Fee (Visa, MasterCard)   1.00% of Customer Payment Amount plus applicable taxes
3 DebitDebit Card Gateway Facility Fee (Visa, MasterCard/Ru-Pay) below Rs. 2000.00 0.75% of Customer Payment Amount plus applicable taxes
4 DebitDebit Card Gateway Facility Fee (Visa, MasterCard/Ru-Pay) above Rs. 2000.00 1.00% of Customer Payment Amount plus applicable taxes
E. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation charges will be 1% of order value and customer can cancel his order within 48 hours from the date of order.
• Cancelled/refundable amount will be credited to the customer account within 7 working days.

F. Location & Mode of Delivery
• The product will be delivered from the warehouses mentioned in the website. Seller shall facilitate gate pass etc. on production of necessary documents by buyer as per NRL’s requirements.
• Mode of delivery: By Road. (Truck to be arranged by customer/buyer and shall be at buyers cost.)
• Loading shall be arranged by buyer and shall be at buyers cost
G. Conditions Of Delivery
• Lifting will be allowed against advance payment only.
• Upon receipt of the payment delivery order will be issued to the buyer (system generated)
• The buyers shall produce the authorization / identification letter while reporting to NRL for lifting the concerned lot.
H. Statutory Taxes & Duties
The buyer shall be responsible to pay all the statutory taxes & duties (Extra) at prevailing rate as declared by the respective State/ Central Government Authorities due in respect of this sale. If the buyer claims exemption/ concession in the statutory taxes, he shall furnish the necessary declaration in that respect. Statutory taxes & duties shall be paid by the buyer at the rates applicable at the time of delivery.
I. ARBITRATION
a) If any dispute and/or difference shall at any time arise between the parties to this agreement in relation to any clause(s) or matters herein contained or their respective rights/claims, or liabilities hereunder or otherwise in relation to or arising out of this Agreement, such disputes and / or differences shall be settled mutually through discussion between the parties in the first instance.
b) The unsettled dispute shall be resolved through under Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof by a sole arbitrator (or by a tribunal consisting of three arbitrators if the party so desire).
c) Reference to arbitration shall be made by writing a letter to the Managing Director (MD) of the company.
d) MD shall within 30 days on receipt of the letter referring the dispute to arbitration, shall within 30 days from the receipt of the letter, appoint a sole arbitrator who is not disqualified to act as arbitrator under the Arbitration and Concilitiation Act’1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.
e) Subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act’1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof, the award of the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive and binding on both parties to the agreement.
f) The venue of Arbitration shall be Guwahati, Assam and arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language.
J. JURISDICTION
• This contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Guwahati, Assam
