1st Class Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute. - Proficiency in computer applications. Desirable : Post Graduate qualification in Law with specialization in Commercial/ Corporate Law.

18 to 40 years

Minimum 20 years post qualification work experience (as on 1.6.2011) in Finance Division of a Commercial establishment preferably in Petroleum Refining and Marketing sector. Candidates presently holding the position of Chief Manager/Dy.General Manager in Petroleum Sector shall get preference. Candidate should have a proven track record of managing large team of Finance Professionals with exposure in ERP environment (preferably SAP), Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Treasury operation, Direct and Indirect Tax, Pay roll administration, etc.The candidate should be able to independently head the Finance Function and should have the capacity to interact with agencies like Govt.Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Tax Authorities, Ministry Officials, Banks and Insurance Companies etc.

General

2. If any certificate etc. is issued in a language other than Hindi/English, candidates are advised to submit a certified translation of the same in either Hindi or English language along with the hard copy of the application and also at the time of Interview, if called for.
